Hello everyone, I am Anthony Miller. I am located in Eagle Mountain, UT. I started with Gator about about 6 weeks ago. I am excited to get into Funding to help others achieve their goals in real estate while building for my future. I am excited to work through and help others with their deals so that I can learn from you and others. Then I can pass that forward. My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family. This often means that we are playing board games or watching movies. I have enjoyed traveling to different places. I haven't really traveled outside the US much but so far traveling has been such a relaxing thing for me.

Just for clarification. Is the MRA required for every EMD funding deal or only for those $40k+?

I have someone who needs 70k to 200k range max , for 30 days only , my borrower buys her deals outright then sell it , and she sticks within 30 days only … I don’t mind getting HUDs from deals she successfully closed in the past 3 to 6 months.. I would love to see who would want to hop on a call and connect with her when it comes to her strategy, she say she doesn’t mind high interest but anything is possible. The lender will be first position.
