When I was fIrst diagnosed with Adhd, I was heavy into burnout and saw no way forward but I knew one thing: I was desperate for relief and didn't know what to do. So I turned to one more psychiatrist. An emergency care providor at that, and FINALLY SOMEONE SAW WHAT NO ONE ELSE HAD YET! And I finally had an answer of where to dig deep. At 32, I learned I am Autusitic with Combined Type Adhd. I spents hours a day for weeks taking in everything I could. I was familiar with inatentive ADHD in children thanks to my daughter but I had no idea how many different ways there were that ADHD could show up in different people or that there was even a third type...the combined type. I didnt know that Hyperactive ADHD shows up differently in women than it does in men or that most women have the inattentive type and that women with any type struggle for years with improper diagnoses. Cue me giving the middle finger to every mis-informed psych that told me I was bipolar, unreliable, neurotic, had borderline personality disorder, OCD, GAD, SAD, or MDD. The end result of all this research? A huge influx of self worth for 1, but also a field guide for anyone else who may be navigating similar terrain. A field guide to help the ADHD person of any type to process through burnout and start working WITH their brain rather than against it. And now, that field guide is yours.

Morning all, I don't know if this I new thing or been about for years and I've just not seen it. Saw something on another platform about 8d audio and benefits for people with adhd so decided to have a listen. It is incredible. Best way I can describe it is you don't just hear the music, it totally fills your head. I have issues with brain chatter, I can't relax as my brain just does not stop. When listening to 8d it fills my head so much there simply doesn't seem room for the chatter. I have never felt so relaxed. Have any of you lovely people tried this and has it helped in any way?

I'm Angela, I am originally from the UK but spend 30 years living around the world in 11 different countries. 🌍 I'm building a Skool communty for expat mums to ensure they feel seen and understood and remind them that they matter too! 😉 - Why were you interested in joining this group? I'm interested in this community because even though I find ADHD to be a superpower, 🦸‍♀️ it's also a bit of a struggle when it comes to building a business, espcially when you've never done it before! 😬 - What's your biggest challenge when it comes to ADHD or business right now? My biggest challenge is learning how to create and maintain systems and work flows so I don't get distracted while I bring my vision to life. It's both exciting and exhausting all at the same time! 🤪 I'm really looking foward to working and playing along side you all and getting to know you a little better! 🩷🧡
