Why you should record your wins ✍️
Very early on in Focus Founder's journey, @Rex Loyer created a channel in our company chat called "Company Wins". It's one of my favorite systems he's contributed to our company's growth. It's a channel dedicated entirely to sharing our little wins along the way. Clients telling us we were "born to do this" or that they've "never felt understood like this before" Community members sharing how much this community has impacted their lives A photo of myself sending out stickers to the winners of our first ever challenge Screenshots of us ranking #1 for "ADHD" in Skool discovery, or of us achieving the ⭐ Or, most recently, a video @Amber Kay sent to us of her fully set-up Christmas tree that we dropped off at her house this morning so she could have some Christmas spirit in her house. Any time there's something I feel excited about or proud of, I write it down and send it in the wins channel. Whether that's hitting a milestone, selling a new client, celebrating client or community member wins, catching my co-founder doing something awesome... whatever. Then, any time I'm feeling down about myself or unsure of the company, I can just hop in that channel and scroll through a wall full of wins to remind me why I'm doing what I'm doing and the impact it's making on people in Austin and around the world. This is a small but extremely powerful habit that is one of my defenses against shiny object syndrome and rejection sensitivity to remind me how the negative thoughts in my head are just that - thoughts. Not reality. Entrepreneurship is not easy. Celebrating the wins keeps you in the game when things get tough. Do you regularly celebrate your wins? Better yet, did you have a system to capture them? If not, I highly recommend you set one up. For Rex and me, it's a channel inside Signal we created between the two of us called "Company Wins"

Yes Bill! After my free week in the accelerator it's something I started adding to my daily journaling. Often we as humans can be hard on ourselves, it' is important to recognize the WINS!
🌟 Mindset Post of the Day: From Which Energy Are You Leading?
A quick but important reminder as you grow your Skool community (or any business!!): You are the leader of your group/your community/your clients And they will always respond to YOUR energy more than your strategy. Ask yourself honestly: 👉 Are you leading from excitement, clarity, and vision? 👉 Or from subtle frustration — “they should post more,” “why is no one engaging,” “this isn’t working”? 👉 Are you showing up empowered… or overwhelmed? 👉 Are you hoping they will lead the group for you? Your energy sets the tone. 🔥 And by the way, it doesn't have to be loud...! If you’re stressed, your group feels it. If you’re grounded and aligned, they feel that too. Today I want you to take one honest moment and check in: From which energy am I currently leading my community/my business (perhaps even my life)? And from which energy do I want to lead going forward? You can journal on it — or the answer may already be clear just by reading this. Then share in the comments: ✨ What energy are you choosing to lead from — both in your own group/business and your life? Empowerment? Calm? Satisfaction? Playfulness? Certainty? Choose it. Claim it. Your community grows from the energy you bring. 💛

@Bill Widmer why is so important yes:)
✨ Clarity Check-In
I had a moment today where I realized something simple and powerful: Clarity doesn’t always come from thinking harder... sometimes it comes from slowing down enough to actually notice what’s happening inside me. When I finally took a breath and checked in, I could feel the shift. My mind went from scattered to focused, from “I have so much to do” to “I know my next step.” It reminded me that clarity isn’t a grind...it’s a rhythm. A frequency Curious what helped you feel even a little more clear or grounded today? If something moved in you today, even quietly. I'd love to hear it 🖤

Love this...and so true! Going and doing something else that is completely different than what you are thinking about helps clarity too!
ADHD Entrepreneurs: What Helps Your Brain Stay Clear?
Being an ADHD entrepreneur can feel like living in two worlds at the same time — the world of big ideas, creativity, and passion… and the world of overwhelm, physical tension, and trying to keep the wheels from flying off the wagon. 😅 One thing I don’t hear talked about enough is how much our bodies affect our focus and follow-through.When my neck or shoulders are flaring, my brain feels 10x more scattered. Pain = distraction. Over the past few months, I’ve been working on a simple goal:🌿 reduce physical discomfort🌿 simplify my systems🌿 and support my brain so it can actually focus on the things that matter. And honestly? The difference in my clarity has been huge. Curious — for those of you with ADHD:What physical habits or wellness tools make the biggest difference in your ability to focus, get things done, or stay calm? I’d love to swap insights. 💚🧠✨

Great insight and question! I take breaks when I need, go outside and take in the sun, morning walks without headphones as I notice the beauty around me, BREATHWORK, and fun, sometimes it's a quick dance in my house.
