Your Brain is a GPS
If your belief is- “I can’t lose weight after 40”
That’s the destination you’ve programmed.
So even if you “try” - Your actions will keep rerouting you back there.
But change the destination to- “My body can adapt and improve at any age”
Now your GPS starts guiding you differently.
