A very meaningful message hit my phone in the dead of the night yesterday. One that reminded me of the most important lesson our entire movement stands for. Read this fully and you’ll confront one of life's most important lessons, and you’ll learn a bit more about me in the process too 🤗 For those who remember Stacee Sing & Kurt Hermann, (who will hopefully be in our Skool soon), they joined the top program in 2022-2024 in a time where Facebook was our only resource. I'll admit, its often hard for me to express how these messages feel for me. I treasure them. But what they really spark in me is an excitement of the breakthroughs that are going to come from others after they immerse themselves further, and reverse engineer successes like these. 🙌 __________ I will never forget the first conversation Stacee, Kurt and I had together… Things felt heavy. To say I could feel the concern and tension which Stacee & Kurt had over their health crises is an understatement. And I don’t know how they managed to be so courteous to me during that time amidst their challenges. THE PROBLEM ⚠️ Stacee’s main issue was that for decades she couldn’t speak for longer than several minutes before coughing, breathing and asthmatic issues fully took over. And Kurt was a former firefighter trying to extinguish a stage 4 cancerous threat that doctors kept reiterating would inevitably eat him alive, and that he shouldn’t bother doing anything… ...Just give up. The pain, paranoia and overwhelm that caused to Stacee & Kurt was immeasurable. I even remember Stacee describing life to me comparing herself to a puppy in the window of a pet store. Feeling like she had to be on the sidelines in her life. Restricted. Not knowing why she had to be there. Eager for someone to help. Afraid of what life is going to bring to her when she was already in a place where she didn't have the capacity to know what the future was even going to feel like. ____________________________________ For you the reader, YOU have likely felt something similar before. 💔

Today is a day to celebrate our individual wins, everyone’s journey is their own, we all have had the privilege of working with Antonio and that is a win in itself. I have not met anyone personally other than my brother and his partner but I do feel like we all have a connection. Good luck, keep doing what you need to be doing, don’t let anyone or anything get in your way. Believing that you can is truly the win for all of us. Thanks to Antonio and the community for allowing me to be a part of this.

I was reflecting back in early October when I had an opportunity to connect with ANTONIO. When I think about where I was to where I am today it is a win for me. I have realized thru the many different challenges I have, it’s the tiny steps that got me to a place of feeling well again, I know in life there will be more challenges however it may present, I believe I can get myself through it even if I feel at times like I can’t. There is no amount of money that equates to my feeling of success. Today I’m thankful for having this opportunity of being connected to Antonio and a group that is as human as me. 😊

I’m very thankfull my mom at 88 still vibrate as ever. Love the stories from moms youth to present. Never a dull moment, I’m sure everyone’s parents here on the group feel the same.

My skin is transforming before my eyes 6 days in on the raw diet!! I feel incredible, it feels like a little fairy is waving her wand over my skin each day! My complexion is getting more pigmented and the red spots are lighter almost pink & many spots white or nonexistent anymore! And at an extremely rapid pace! My mood is consistent. I am feeling very grateful and happy nearly every day. It’s easy to stay on this diet as I can feel the benefits immediately. I’m so deeply grateful for you Antonio, the hard work pays off! 6 months in ketosis and 6 days in on the raw diet. The sky is the limit!!
