It needs clear visibility showing: - Nutrition facts - The ingredient list - The brand and full product appearance from front so it’s identifiable. 2. 1 ITEM per comment (ie: front side image, back side image. 3. This means do not place 3 items in one photo or upload all your kitchen items in one picture… as this defeats the purpose and won’t allow us to have a searchable product database within our Skool. 4. We are all winners in our journey
Today is a day to celebrate our individual wins, everyone’s journey is their own, we all have had the privilege of working with Antonio and that is a win in itself. I have not met anyone personally other than my brother and his partner but I do feel like we all have a connection. Good luck, keep doing what you need to be doing, don’t let anyone or anything get in your way. Believing that you can is truly the win for all of us. Hi, Antonio! I'm looking forward to work for an owner of this product, however it seems suspicious to me This company focuses on CBD and different mushroom types, which is marketed as "calming/relaxing", "relieving the stress" and "giving a mental focus" Do you have any knowledge / experience with this type of supplements (ingredients)?

How to approach food: 1. Am I having a "keto" or a "carb" day? (example: "carb day --> real ice cream as a better alternative to "keto ice cream") 2. Is there a real version of this food? (example: "real salami instead of prepackaged "cheaper" Del Duca version") * Cheaper products are more expensive, because they add up 3. What are the Macros + Ingredients TOGETHER, COMBINED? - Is this food healthy? (does it cause inflammation?) (example: "vegetable glycerin as a hidden name of a hydrogenated seed oil == don't buy this at all cost") - How does this food affect the glycemic index? (will it give an insulin spike, which will lead to feeling hunger? can it disrupt the ketosis completely? how can it affect the athletic (bodyweight) goal?)
