I tried ordering the pork belly Chasu raw ~ but they said they couldn’t serve it raw. Thankfully they have other options. I ended up ordering a wagyu tartare taco & Tai (snapper) Carpaccio instead!

Bear Tallow 🐻
I’m currently visiting in Arizona for a gem show with a good friend of mine. It’s been quite the adventure thus far! We’ve found gems, crystals, pelts and we even found BEAR TALLOW! I’ve never heard of such a thing until today so of course, I had to get a jar! My mother is partially Native American & we come from the bear tribe of the Iroquois people. I like to think my ancestors led me to find this medicine ✨

@Teresa Nutini thank you Teresa! I feel very blessed to have access to this kind of food. I wonder if you’d be able to order masago, ikura online. Also if there’s local fisherman in the area, ask them about their fish!

@John Abenante it’s delicious! 10/10 reccomend when having sashimi, the masago is sweet and ikura is salty!
