I am at Keto Continuum 5 although rather than 16:8 I mostly do 18:6. I also have recently tried a few longer fasts. But taking a good look at the Continuum I see that I have never done KC 6. The Advanced intermittent fasting where you don't put fat in your morning drink. So I guess that is a new goal for me when fasting.
My goal is to make longer fasts a regular thing so I think it's time to live in KC 6 and 7 for awhile!
