Bought a pound of salt pork yesterday. It was thawed so after church I thought I would cut into bacon ( first mistake ) so I trimmed it so I would have bacon ( second mistake ). Cooked the pork on the grill ( what mess ). Upshot: I didn’t know how much pork I eat vs pork fat . I guess Keto mojo will let me know if I am still in ketosis tomorrow

I am in the final season of my life. In a week, I will move to a senior community which has a commitment to vital aging. The resources available will assist me in my quest for vitality and peace of mind. I had originally planned to wait until spring of 2028 but realized that I needed these resources to slow the loss of lean muscle mass and cognitive decline.
