this morning I got up and it was kind of a let down..I so miss this camaraderie! I hope we stay in touch! Can't wait to see you all on Tuesdays

so I came home from my work at the church with a hankering to eat..so glad I paused and said what else could I be doing..had ketones in a can with water and I'm satisfied..win!

Man! I can't find a place for a DEXA body composition for less than $200 at a private clinic..it's disappointing to say the least..I've called hospitals as well. Bummer
