Looking forward Break Fast
I started at noon Sunday and have determined that 72 hours Elapses at 1:00 PM Wednesday. (Am I right about that or am I still in Brain Fog mode?) At any rate, for nostalgia and because I am lazy, I thought I would break my fast with a can of sardines. I feel compelled to sing a song or utter a chant of some kind as I peel back the lid. Any suggestions?

CGM USE
Where does Dr. Boz stand on the use of CGMs. I use one and have found it somewhat helpful in the past, but it often creates more questions than answers for me. I now know I am extremely insulin resistant and think I have an understand of how to move forward. Will continued use of the CGM be helpful to me or anyone on Dr. Boz staff, or are daily morning measurements of BG and Ketons all that are needed?
Personal Best!
I broke my fast last night with salmon, Caeser salad, and Fat Bomb. I awoke this morning to a BG: 96 and Ketones of 2.4. I personal best for me. Now, how do I keep it going?

@Robin Sims very simple...3/4 cup coconut oil, 3/4 cup cocoa, 3 squints of liquid stevia. This makes about 6-1/2 "bombs" - 5/8 inch thick, using a muffin pan. About the size of a Reese cup. The liquid stevia is a suspension in alcohol. It boiled when squirted in the pan, and I suspect it boiled off the alcohol. I may have had the pan a little hot, but it didnt effect the taste. Alcohol boils around 175 F, which is lower than water.

The fat bombs take aboue 40-45 min. To harden in thre freezer...not long.
Water fast
I started my Fast at 4:30, but didn't get home to measure BG until 6:45.
