Good Wednesday Morning, DVT!
Well, we've made it to day three of the 72-hour water fast! What an incredible accomplishment! Decree and declare, "I am a finisher!" Today isn’t just about finishing strong physically; it’s about leaning in spiritually and mentally, knowing that this is where deep healing happens. Our data proves that! Our bodies are burning through old fuel, repairing, and resetting, while our spirit is being strengthened through perseverance and prayer. My fast ended yesterday at 72 hours at around 11am. I had 2 meals but my second meal was later than normal and I had a burger bowl with anvocado and salsa. My morning ketones went down to 0.7 so I think I need to really respect that earlier eating window. Also having carbs at the second meal was probably not a good idea either. Learning a lot about what my body likes and doesn’t like!

So, I took my numbers at 4:38 this afternoon: G-49; K-3.3.. my husband says 49 might be too low..how low is too low?

It's ok as long as YOU feel ok. Some people do dip into the 40's.
Fasting began on Saturday
Fast started on Saturday at 2:30pm! I’m not a big coffee drinker, but the body wanted breakfast today at it’s normal time so I had some black coffee.

I started 10:30am Saturday because it was most convenient due to travel.
MY SCHEDULED SUPPORT GROUPS
My ongoing support groups are at 6:00 am on Wednesdays and 8am on Thursdays Pacific time. I can meet any time outside of those commitments. Since JJ also has a Workplace license, she can co host the meetings and I pledge to send out the invitations the day before and she can host the meetings if you want to meet when I have a conflict.

8am Mondays or Tuesdays works most of the time for me as well
MEAT MUFFINS RECIPE
8 oz. softened cream cheese 5 eggs beaten 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese *16 oz cooked sausage crumbled (I use Jimmy Dean hot) **2 cups grated, off the block (not pre-shredded) cheddar cheese Mix all together and put evenly into sprayed muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes depending on your oven This makes 12 regular size muffins *you can substitute 1 pound of cooked salmon chopped **substitute smoked Gouda goes well with the salmon I’ve also used 1 pound of cooked crumbled bacon and Swiss cheese in place of sausage and cheddar cheese Enjoy!

Thankyou! I have a similar cream cheese baked muffin that I have not made in forever! I used to make it into a tuna melt muffin by using 2 cans of tuna and the cheddar. I love the idea of salmon and smoked gouda! Will make that one!
