Struggled to get outside yesterday - hosing it down all day! Had a crack at a 5 minute breathing session but got interrupted by the dog (tail in the face!). Did manage a weights session in the gym and some constructive self talk. Not a bad day, just learning. Today - got my breathing done, self talk tick, strength session in the gym. Still struggled to get outside - need to get on top of this tomorrow. Now to try some of the wind down tips for bed time. Will report back.
