Hey, I’m Chris, originally from Lebanon and currently living in Qatar. I’m 25 years old, with 13 years of coaching experience. But how is that even possible at 25?
It all started when I was 12. Out of nowhere, I told my MMA coach that I wanted to become a professional coach, not a fighter. He gave me a class to teach while he was away. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing back then.
When the class finished, everyone started carrying me and throwing me in the air. That was the moment I realized: this is where I belong.
From that day on, I started working on myself every single day. My coach used to give me books to read, advice to follow, and classes to teach. He taught me where I should stand, how to observe people, how to correct technique, and how to become a better coach.
Today, my experience covers MMA, Kung Fu Sanda, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, calisthenics, Olympic weightlifting, strength & conditioning, and sports performance.
What started as a kid simply saying, “I want to be a professional coach,” became a 13-year journey that continues to this day.
