So as you all know / read I have become more confident with my meal still adjusting but feel more in control.ππ½ππ½ππ½
but now Iβm looking at working out but now Iβm like Pilates or gym , class or weight, mixture of both, home or gym and I feel like Iβm getting distracted and fatigue from thinking about the working ππππππ. Like I feel everyone seems to have figured it out or was it just trial and error
