2026 Wellness Trends: What’s Worth the Hype?
I just read Vogue’s roundup of 2026 wellness trends, and the theme is clear: people want health that feels good in real life… more community, more personalization, and more “support your body” tools (not just aesthetics). Here are the Top Trends for 2026—super summarized—so you can quickly decide what’s a yes, a no, or a maybe later. 1) Wellness Members’ Clubs Think: a social club… but it’s built around sauna, cold plunge, recovery, movement, and unplugging. Rate it: 1–10 ⭐️ Tried it? Yes / No Interested? Yes / No 2) Fitness Travel Vacations that revolve around training, retreats, camps, hikes, recovery, and coming home with better habits. Rate it: 1–10 ⭐️ Tried it? Yes / No Interested? Yes / No 3) Protein Soda + Functional Drinks “Better-for-you” sodas and drinks with protein + added functional ingredients (energy, recovery, wellness claims). Rate it: 1–10 ⭐️ Tried it? Yes / No Interested? Yes / No 4) Personalized Wellness Retreats Retreats that feel less one-size-fits-all and more like custom programs (assessments, tailored plans, emotional wellness support). Rate it: 1–10 ⭐️ Tried it? Yes / No Interested? Yes / No 5) “Measurable” Longevity Less trendy biohacking, more evidence-based routines—especially prioritizing sleep as a longevity cornerstone. Rate it: 1–10 ⭐️ Tried it? Yes / No Interested? Yes / No 6) GLP-1s Going Mainstream Ongoing growth in how people use GLP-1 meds, with more conversation around access, long-term health, and new formats—still emphasizing a holistic lifestyle foundation. Rate it: 1–10 ⭐️ Tried it? Yes / No Interested? Yes / No BBB fitness fam check-in 👇 Drop your answers like this: 1) 8/10 – No – Yes 2) 10/10 – Yes – Yes …and so on. These look interesting I’m down to try most don’t think I need no6. I would love a wellness membership but I’m not doing a cold plunge 😩😩 it’s a no but the rest . Have wanted todo a wellness retreat for years and recently been looking at a fitness travel but they all look very expert level fitness so might have to wait.
Hormones Are Hormoning—What’s Your Go-To Fix? 😂
BBB Fitness Fam 🖤✨ quick question for my ladies (and anyone who’s cracked this): It’s that time of the month and whewww… my energy is NOT the same 😮‍💨 I still want to show up, move my body, and stay consistent—but I’m definitely feeling more tired, a little weaker, and craving alllll the comfort vibes. If you’ve found what helps, drop your best tips 👇 How do you keep your energy up during your period? - food swaps / cravings hacks? - workout adjustments (lighter weights, more walking, Pilates, etc.)? - supplements, hydration, electrolytes? - sleep/rest tricks? I know I’m not alone—let’s help each other out 💛

🙈🙈😂😂I’m the bad influence but if u have some self control then sometimes eating what you crave helps you fell more like yourself, meditation 🧘‍♀️ helps and my holy grail item is raspberry leaf tea I have found just one a day really helps with pain you can start it before no more than 2 days and overall feeling while it’s that time, then switch to hibiscus tea ☕️ for the rest of the time. I also find that slowing down is what we are supposed to not hustle n go 24/7 also walking or just reducing the intensity of the work out and a massage more holistic or hot stone than deep tissue and sports .
