Your mind thinks that your body should be able to work out and push hard, but your body slams on the breaks…I’m sure this resonates with some of you.
The last week or two has been a bit of a roller coaster. New diagnosis of back issues, and not knowing what my body is going to be capable of doing day to day and sometimes hour to hour. I’m very lucky to be starting physical therapy within the next few weeks and focusing on getting stronger.
Thankfully, finding Coach Darren, and consistently tracking my meals has been a game changer in giving me a great head start to getting healthy.
