What am I doing?!!
I told myself back to normal and no restrictions or more work.
I didn’t reach my minimum steps yesterday and was pretty bummed πŸ™
But I got 5 new PR in my workout.
I ate all the calories I entered in my MFP and had room to eat more but I wasn’t hungry and just wanted to go to bed.
This won’t be bad for my progress right ?
