Thursday - DB officially declared break for Chinese New Year 🧨 Coach, of course, pushed us until the very last stroke 😅 "no good performance, no go home". The team was very motivated to go home so we were done by the 3rd set and finished early.
Friday - My bosses let us off early, good. But the traffic, no good. But there is a perk to living near the store - so I grabbed a bag and walked instead. Then walked some more with the doggo after.
Saturday - Started the morning with a 20-minute mobility and an extra filling breakfast because the rest of the morning was spent at the tattoo studio. The whole process took 3 hours - I'm out from weights, but the artist okay-ed for light exercise so that'll be me for >1 week.
Sunday - barre! We had a really fun time today - all leg & core day. Later had a Hawaiian chicken burger for lunch - no, I don't have a photo of the food. I swear, that's a whole different habit to build. Spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning - and the last of the cleaning will be done tomorrow just in time for Chinese New Year.
Lost another pound this week and my leggings feel looser now - didn't do too much, just took a little less carbs, a bit more protein & fiber, and being consistent with some amount of movement regularly.
The results of consistency will come through, just takes a little patience and persistence. 🥰
