Update:
DB training has been good. Skipped Sunday's training because the exhaustion from travelling got to me and I KO-ed with a light fever. Y'all who can do long road trips, big respect. Tues & Thurs sessions were good - showed up, performed: we're holding strong. D-8 to race day.
PSA: never skip mobility. The stretching is magic.
