You know when you work at a company where food is always available, you look to it and think.. why is this here!?!
I was always the person that when in stress always binge. Not because I was hungry but was so stressed that I didn’t look what I was eating.
I can now say that my mindset has changed a lot.. and no, I am not free of stress 😃 but I can look at a table of processed foods and eat my banana or whatever the fruit I brought in peace…
It’s the daily small wins 🙂
