Hip thrust goal
Today at the gym I was able to lift 75kgs doing hip thrust.. we have been working towards that for a while since my back pain has given me some peaceful days ☺️ It was a win for me because that round had 3 reps only but had hip thrust, Bulgarian squats (not my favorite 🤦‍♀️), sit-ups and Kettlebell squats.. let’s say my legs will be sore tomorrow but it felt amazing after the session Let’s keep up with the work 💪

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone My treat today is hitting the gym, having a quiet breaksfast afterwards and then running some errands. Seems to me that today rain gave some truces so I will go for a walk in the afternoon and have a coffee in a nice cafe by the river. Nothing fancy, just those little things I love doing on weekends 🥰 Enjoy yourselves ☺️

New PR unlocked — 45 lb one-arm DB row 🥵💪 Didn’t get the sleep I wanted (5h 53m), but still showed up and went BEAST MODE anyway. Big moment for my heart: gym auntie (who I usually only see Sundays) happened to be there today, walked over to my bench, and told me I look trimmer 🥹 That compliment made my whole day. Also spreading some Valentine love ❤️ 🍫 Gave front desk Julia a sweet treat — she’s always so kind and helpful at check-in. 🍫 Gave my coach a treat too for always thinking of me when 24HR has specials. Energy in, energy out. Always. And @Usra Shah — YES girl… I definitely slapped my body back with BEAST MODE today for yesterday’s recovery 😈💥 Proof that consistency > perfect sleep. Show up anyway. Lift anyway. Shine anyway. ✨

Small win yesterday
Yesterday I did my mobility exercises.. yes it’s been a while since I made them 🤦‍♀️ . Incredible when you make them from months in a row and it’s fine and then you stop for a month and is so hard getting back on track. But I made a promise to myself and although there are days where I feel unmotivated I know I can do this 💪 even if what I make is small things throughout the day, they count and sometimes we don’t realize it.
