You are the ones who have kept me going — through accountability, encouragement, and pure motivation. The 5 Day Fat Loss Challenge was the thing that really spurred me on. It didn’t just help me understand nutrition better, it taught me practical ways to manage it in real life.
I would honestly recommend this to anyone who hasn’t started yet. Six weeks in, I received my body measurements back… and I have lost! (Minus the hips and thighs)🎉
