I talked with about my eating habits this past week or so and realized I’ve been reducing my calorie intake more than usual. I always stayed between 1400 and 1500 since I started the program more or less. I don’t really remember why but I started trying to stay under 1400 and adding as many steps as possible.
Did I loose weight?
Yes
Did it feel great?
Like I told everyone I felt very low energy and moody. I was no fun to be around.
I have decided to eat like I did before and stay in between 1400 to 1500 since it’s proven to work for me.
Having said that I was at 1440 calories until my husband came home with Swiss rolls and I just had to have one.
Now at 1550 and no guilt about it. Only one ☝️
