I started the Strength Blueprint today. Super excited to learn more about strenght training and ready to build some muscles. Biggest training mistakes: 1. I used to do random workouts before joining the BBB inner circle. Now I have a more consistent plan. I try to hit my muscle groups at least twice per week now. 2. Too much intensity - I have been guilty of this. I always push every time, but now try to make small gains with something every strength session. 3. No progression plan. I think this might be my biggest problem. I have maxed out on some of my weights that I have at home and need to get my gym built so I can continue with progressive overload. I have purchased more free weights the past couple of months that have helped, but still have some holes in my equipment needs. I can see that I need to make this a priority. I need to get my gym finished and the eqiupment up. I also have been guilty of using the lower weights I have and doing more reps because of lack of heavier weights at times. If I remember right, this causes fatigue. I have tried to increase my weights and lower reps more the past few months.
Seeing the overview of the Strenght Blueprint course, I am excited to get through all of the information and looking forward to learning and growing more. Thank you for putting this together. Excited. Ready for version 2.0 and then some. Let's GO!
