Question for the ladies in particular,
I’ve been in the program for close to four months now and am still struggling to reach the water target of 3L, most days I barely have 2L. Being a woman in the midst of perimenopause, and having given birth twice, drinking even two liters a day has me using the bathroom a lot… and several times a night. My question is does this get better? Will I even get up to 3L? How long will it take to get used to having that much to drink?
