Joining the BBB Community has been such a game changer for me. (Thank you all ๐๐)
Since joining Iโve been choosing consistency > perfection, keep showing up for myself daily and making small adjustments when and where needed/possible.
Itโs been great!
Weekend wins:
- Daily walks outside
- Using my surroundings to move -> used stairs for workouts
- Enjoyed my PJ morning guilt free
- Caught up with a friend while getting in my steps for the day
- Made a dedicated section in my planner for the 5 day Fat Loss Sprint so I can take notes and start implementing what I learn.
Thought throughout the weekend: Going to the gym is not an option at the moment so letโs try using my surroundings to the best of my ability๐
And that was my weekend.
