Just here to echo the above. Had a crappy weekend (fri night sleep wasn't good, handling the kids was challenging, and I had a neck-ache-headache on Sat), energy levels didn't feel that good, woke up late today and I didn't realize I overslept... but I went to the gym as per routine during lunch hour today and I feel revived right now 🤯
