I chose program 1, because i honestly want to be consistent with the workouts and with the changes in my life in starting end of next week with moving from one country to another, even if it is moving back home, resettling back in your home, routines, changing habits, new job environment, new responsibilities after 2 years its a little challenge on its own and with this program I know realistically that i will be able to maintain it through all of these changes, until things have settled and iv gotten my rhythm back again.🤓
