We have a huge family, so we split up Christmas celebrations. This past week started with Christmas dinner with my family…one of my favorite meals (lasagna), tons of desserts, and candy bags everywhere. I had a small plate of lasagna and literally one bite of a cookie.
We ended the week with a Christmas party for my staff, also Italian food, but we had a big salad, so that’s what I ate and I skipped dessert altogether.
Two major Christmas parties, amazing food, lots of temptation… and I stayed intentional. That feels like a big win for me this week.
