I did ’s mobility video on an infrared mat as best as I could, used my infrared steam sauna pod, showered, and slapped on a collagen infused face mask for the night… and used some cbd oil that smells like cookies on sore shoulders and calves! Slept so good 😊 What methods do you use on your recovery day?
