Circuit training on Friday, the coach had us doing a lot of cossack squats & core work.
Try this: from standing, go into cossack squat, bring your extended leg in, transitioning into a deep squat, then stand, for about 5m per side. My inner thighs are not my own 😅
As for DB, we're back to training. And we're going back to basics. Like all the way to basics; adjusting technique & posture, and drills to override & rebuild muscle memory. It's going to be a long (yet short) few months for our next major race in October 🙏 there's a LOT to be done but we've got our goal in mind 🥇, just gotta put in the work
