I’ve finally had the chance to do my new exercise at least once.
Started Wednesday with Day B
Felt ok with the exercise and think I was in a good range for my choice of weights.
Did Day C on Saturday afternoon
I had fun with this one.
The different set up from what I used to do while still incorporating some familiar techniques kept me going.
Did Day A this morning
This one was going pretty well until I wasn’t being smart.
The exercise was WALKING DUMBBELL LUNGE
I didn’t have a lot of room to walk along for the full 8 rep each leg and having to turn around confused me on what number or leg I didn’t last. Finally I pushed hard and hurt my one big toe and then my form went out the window but I pushed just didn’t go as far down on that one side.
In the future I would pick one of the other exercises recommended
