My Mistakes
I don't have a progression plan. I did the same workout for around a year with time where I couldn't go to the gym.
Currently I do THX workout, Boxing and Barbell (with low wight) as it also has cardio parts.
Do I count them in? I would chose Program 1 as I will continue with my classes mentioned above.
