Mistake – Too Much Intensity
I’m realizing I don’t have to go BEAST MODE every single workout—especially on cardio days.
During my 6-week challenge, I learned the importance of managing intensity, and hearing Coach reinforce the same message really clicked for me.
Now I’m focusing on saving my energy for strength days so I can show up stronger and perform better. Since making that shift, I’ve noticed a big difference in my fatigue levels and overall performance.
