Monday - circuit - upper body training!
5 x 10sec handstand hold
5 x 10 controlled pushup
2 x 10 burpees
What's more scary to y'all? That high-energy, loud coach that's pushing you through the whole workout, vs the really calm, constantly smiling coach? I pick the latter 😅
Tuesday/Wednesday - mobility and a lot of steps
DB training cancelled for Tuesday as people get busy to prep for Chinese New Year. In Malaysia, don't expect to reach anyone about work-related things for a whole week - so clear it now or wait until the week after.
So that meant, lots of mobility & stretching & steps for me. As my barre teacher likes to say, "slowly and mindfully" go through the movement. I felt a whole inch taller by the time I was done 😂
Also, I think my doggo is confused why I keep pacing back and forth in the house. He'd follow me around for a bit then eventually just settle in his usual spot and chill. 😅
Keeping movement consistent this week 🙏
