The old me would be super stressed that I hit 1,900 cals at 3pm.
My goal is 2,300, which means I only have 400 calories left from now until bed time π₯±
Old me would've stressed out.
Worried about "what if I overeat?!"
I might, but I also might not.
1900 cals worth of 100% whole foods, 153 gr of protein down, 28gr of fiber, 2.5 liters of water. I am pretty damn satisfied.
I realize now why old me was stressed out. Because I was eating all these "low calorie snacks" that were void of nutrients and fiber. I was rarely satisfied. And that's why I'd be raiding the pantry by 9pm every night.
So... what am I going to have?
No idea yet. My friends are coming over to hang out.
