Hot Coffee Lover here 🫠and I love my daily hot black sugar free coffee☕. Nonetheless from time to time i do enjoy an iced Spanish Latte or a an iced Caramel Macchiato. But i realized that they were high liquid calories and often took up 1/3 of my calories for the day, though i don't have it daily but at least once a week or every other week I do and i would feel guilty afterwards.
So learning from the daily little tips in this community I decided to learn to order or make it better.
I nowadays have it in the smaller size and the 'Zero sugar Calorie' version, not necessarily that the whole drink is 0 calories, by no means, but just lesser and even if have it with normal milk (not a fan of almond milk) it has reduced its calories to nearly half, which makes me very happy.
For a normal Spanish Latte would be around 280-290kcal, with the new option and size its between 110-120kcal (from chatgpt's help in calculation). No guilt at all now 😌.
This is one of the best part of this health journey is learning how to adapt and create new healthy habits and finding the joy in it, instead of being frustrated.
