Thursday - dragon boat day! This session was decent... there wasn't anything "off" during training, it just felt like there's something missing and I'm left feeling a bit dissatisfied.
Friday - never skip a mobility day because a stretch always feels super satisfying.
Saturday - strength day, let's go! I didn't feel as strong this time around - it was likely the poor sleep quality. I did try single leg RDLs this time around like i said I would... omg my hamstrings...
Sunday - we did race simulations! I was so tired... and my shoulders + arms + back are sore... I need more stretching... π₯²
The end of this week just felt a bit off, I don't know how else to describe but "a disturbance in the force". The scale went back half a pound, definitely from the stress snacking. I'm slightly bothered by it but it's not going to derail me. Everything as per normal tomorrow.
