Hi I'm Maizan from Malaysia. My main goal is to lose another 10kg of body fat to get into my ideal weight. I was obese before and managed to lose 12kg through diet and exercised. However, for the past 2 years even though i have been incorporating exercise and eating healthy to break plateaus but i am still stucked at the same weight, no more weight or inch loss whatsover. I have hypothyroid so weight loss is very very challenging and a continuous struggle. Hoping this community could help. My last meal (breakfast) for today
