Hello :) I’m Jenn. I live in Washington and I’m looking to learn more about how to have a successful and sustainable body recomposition plan that works for me. While I’m pretty active with jiu jitsu and at-home working outs that include some lifting, I feel like I’m missing something as I’m not getting the results I would like.
