Pass the tacos 🌮
Hi everyone 👋🏻 Just joined a day ago - from Vancouver, Canada. I started working out about 8 years ago after not being a very active person for the first 40 years of my life. Since then I’ve been gradually adding new habits to improve my health - like tracking food, tracking steps etc. My main fitness goal is to decrease my body fat % and maintain it long term. Feels so easy to gain weight these days! If on death row, my last meal would likely be tacos 🌮 YUM!

Hello :) I’m Jenn. I live in Washington and I’m looking to learn more about how to have a successful and sustainable body recomposition plan that works for me. While I’m pretty active with jiu jitsu and at-home working outs that include some lifting, I feel like I’m missing something as I’m not getting the results I would like. Looking forward to learning from you all. Death row meal: Steak with chimichurri, mashed potatoes, and roasted veggies
