Hi, I’m Eve from Australia 👋
Fitness goals:
Lose around 5% body weight (with full acknowledgment that the goalposts will probably keep moving), reduce body fat, build lean muscle, and look visibly more toned 🤞🏻. Most importantly, I’m here to lock in consistent habits around nutrition, movement, and recovery — and to reverse a massive loss of muscle mass, because skinny legs are not my jam.
Death row meal:
A full Korean feast — extra-crispy fried chicken, jjajang myeon, jjampong, and everything Korean. If it’s my last meal, I’m choosing flavour, carbs, and chaos. No regrets.
