Ahmed from Saudi Arabia. I’m 6’2 @ 210lb.
I was pretty bloated after a couple of days of fast food so I decided to go on a sardine fast. Been eating about 4 cans a day for the past two days. Planning to go for 6 days.
I’m just experimenting and curious if someone went through an extreme diet like this? If so what was it?
My goal for 2026 as a 33 years old dad is to dunk a windmill and play competitive basketball 3x a week pain free while having a 6 pack abs.
