Today at the gym I was able to lift 75kgs doing hip thrust.. we have been working towards that for a while since my back pain has given me some peaceful days ☺️
It was a win for me because that round had 3 reps only but had hip thrust, Bulgarian squats (not my favorite 🤦♀️), sit-ups and Kettlebell squats.. let’s say my legs will be sore tomorrow but it felt amazing after the session
