Just wanted to check in, I havenโt really been active the past few days. Iโve been in a bit of a funk and honestly just feeling off. I didnโt make it to the gym at all this week, and my whole body has just been out of sync.
I havenโt been tracking what Iโm eating either, but I have been trying to stay mindful with my portions, so Iโm holding onto that as a small win.
Iโm hoping to shake this feeling soon and get back into my groove. In the meantime, I just wanted to say I hope youโre all doing well and staying consistent in your own ways.
