Just wanted to check in, I havenโ€™t really been active the past few days. Iโ€™ve been in a bit of a funk and honestly just feeling off. I didnโ€™t make it to the gym at all this week, and my whole body has just been out of sync.
I havenโ€™t been tracking what Iโ€™m eating either, but I have been trying to stay mindful with my portions, so Iโ€™m holding onto that as a small win.
Iโ€™m hoping to shake this feeling soon and get back into my groove. In the meantime, I just wanted to say I hope youโ€™re all doing well and staying consistent in your own ways.
