After a cold that last over a week I got back to the gym… do you guys feel like it’s been a month?
I am all sore but glad that I made the training session with no major problem. Even laughed with my coach that it should be a physiotherapy session 😃 but no, he didn’t go for that..he even push harder 🤷♀️
In the end it’s always a good start to my day and in the evening even did my mobility.
So is a big win Monday 💪
