- I've added 2kg (~4lbs) to all my lifts - strength is progressing!
- The muscle definition is lining up. It's so thrilling to see; like what is that mountain-valley in my arms?
- I'm incorporating more walks/runs into my weekly routine - did my first 5-minute jog today (Pace: 6kmh/4mph - that's 10min/km or 16min/mile)
- The weightscale has not moved and I'm a-okay about that. I'm getting stronger, I'm sleeping better. Some days feel a bit hard, but sweating it out makes it better.
Other side quests: I have tickets to a BTS concert for end of this year and I'm crocheting an outfit for it. I have an Excel sheet going for the design; if the stereotype "Asians are good at math" remains, I'm slowly proving it wrong because the math to figure out the number of stitches is giving me a headache. Send help... 😢
