Finally getting into the 5 Day Fat Loss Sprint.
1.priority goal: lose 5#. Be lean, so at least my muscles will make an appearance. 🤣 I’ve been stuck at my current weight for a while.
2.detailed plan: continue to strength train 3x/week using progressive overload to build muscle
3.walk 7K daily
4. give myself 3 months to accomplish this to have it stick as a way of life
I am worthy 😊 and I will achieve my goals.
