First time with paper and pen..
Wooow, did I feel special today or what?!!
I went to the gym as usual and for the first time, I had my program on paper (wich I had prepared earlier today) with me and wrote down the numbers the old fashion way. I notised, casually, that I just saw ONE more, writing down his work out 😎😅
I did it slow, taking time to feel what muscle group I used, adjusting weights up and down. And now muscles that I didn't know excisted are aching 😂 I think I have avoided some for diferent reasons. 🤔🫣 But I will work it out!
I have also switched some exercises for other similar ones because of my back and joints.. and I didn't do the plank today..
I started to challenge myself in balance some weeks back, as you know and invented (well, not invented mayby but you know..) a exercise... feels good! The glutes, hamstrings and knees have to work extra 😅
AND I took selfies so I can look at the change and progress I'm making the following weeks 😃
